Arshelle was awarded a 2017 Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Indonesia. She will emphasize the importance of cross-cultural understanding while crafting lessons and organizing events. She hopes to engage her students by pursuing her hobbies in cultural dance, group exercise, and exploration of art. She received dual degrees in Business, International Studies, and Spanish from VCU in 2016. Arshelle will go on to graduate school to study Public Administration with a focus on International Development and plans to become a Foreign Service Officer upon her return to the U.S.
